There’s an App for That!

The Official Alabama Water Watch App is here! Our app is FREE and available for download on Google Play and the Apple Store. The AWW App was made possible through the Auburn University Water Resources Center, Alabama Agricultural Experiment Station, and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System.

The Alabama Water Watch Mobile App will allow currently certified monitors to login with the AWW Login Credentials provided to them by the AWW Program Office (same username and password used to submit data through the AWW website) to submit monitoring data and new site information and to view watershed maps, monitoring site locations, and water quality data.

AWW monitors can also submit new site coordinates using their device’s geolocation services right from the field! New monitors: please note that you are still required to send in a hard copy or scanned-in version of your first set of data and new site form into our office. Our hope is to make data entry more accessible to our volunteer monitors through the app and make data submission possible from the field.

The app opens to this login page were currently certified monitors can login using the login credentials given to them by the AWW Program Office.
Monitors can view AWW Waterbodies and Sampling Sites through the “Water Data” option on the main menu of the app.

If you submit data from the app, please indicate you have done so in the comments section of the data form.

For questions regarding the app, please contact the AWW Office.

We will update this post soon with a link to a detailed video tutorial on how to use the AWW app!
